PERSONAL
Originally from Boston, I have spent most of my adult life in Connecticut and Southern Westchester County. I have lived here many years enjoying the people, parks, beaches and easy access to Manhattan. I have deep appreciation and knowledge of the local area and like living in an oceanside community. I currently reside in Larchmont with my wife, three children and Bassett Hound. I enjoy cycling, running and home renovation.

It is important to me that I give back to the local community. I am an active member of many volunteer groups with my children’s’ schools/sports teams and also an interior firefighter with the Engine 51 Company, Town of Mamaroneck Volunteer Fire Department. 

I look forward to assisting both neighbors and newcomers with their local real estate needs. 

EXPERIENCE
I personally enjoy buying and selling homes and during the past ten years have completed major renovations and new construction projects on a variety of properties on the East and West Coast. My passion and knowledge of real estate is built upon a strong business background.
I have over ten years experience as a top producing sales and business development executive in the technology industry where I have represented F500 companies, midrange corporations and startups. These roles have enabled me to develop a strong set of skills in sales, negotiation, finance, communication, direct marketing, Internet marketing and customer service.  

My business is focused on commerical and residential real estate. The commercial business is focused on retail, office, industrial and mutlifamily properties more than four units. My residential business consists of: single family homes, condo, co-op, multi-family and 1031 tax exchanges. I have also made cross-country relocations (twice) as well as the move from NYC to Westchester and can assist clients with these life changes from first-hand experience.  

I am consistently ranked by Coldwell Banker every month as a top performing agent in the Westchester Region. In June 2010 for example, I was ranked as one of the top ten agents for most revenue generated.

EDUCATION/TRAINING
A large part of my business plan is devoted to training. Each year, I supplement the state mandated education with additional classes and seminars on wide range of topics including technology, relocation and investments. I firmly believe that this additional training provides me with the latest information and techniques that I can use to your advantage.
